And have no
fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
[For it is a shame even to speak of those things which
are done of them in secret] (Ephesians

For if God spared not the angels that sinned,
but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be
reserved unto judgment (2 Peter 2:4) …For
the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first
begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (1 Peter 4:17);

lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Whosoever
therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful

This know also, that in the last days
perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves,
covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful,
unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent,
fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers
of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying
the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep
into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers
lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now
as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men
of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no
further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also
was (2 Timothy 3:1-9);
This blog is the first of several
that will deal with the serious matter of overt and covert SIN in the Church, which grieves,
quenches and vexes the Holy Spirit. (Isaiah 63:10; Ephesians 4:30; 1 Thessalonians 5:19).
SIN is alive and
well in the Body of Christ due in part to the fact that every church
congregation consists of professing Christians who:
Have little or no reverential
fear of God, which is the beginning of knowledge and
wisdom, and adds length to life (Proverbs 1:7; 9:10; 10:27);
Have little or no respect for God’s Word and question
its divine inspiration, inerrancy and authority (2 Timothy 3:16-17);
Are selective about what Scriptures to believe and obey and what Scriptures to dismiss.
Have never actually
experienced a spiritual rebirth
and are doing what comes natural to their unregenerate spiritual nature—indulging
the appetites and desires of carnal, lustful and desperately wicked hearts (Jeremiah 17:9;
John 3:3; Titus 3:5);
Have experienced a spiritual
rebirth, but stubbornly refuse to crucify “SELF,” their
pre-Salvation carnal, fleshly nature (aka the “old man”) (1 Samuel 15:23; Romans 6:6);
Have experienced a spiritual rebirth,
but are burdened with the cares of this world which have
suppressed the spiritual zeal they once knew and enjoyed when they were
initially saved, leaving them spiritually asleep and lukewarm (Mark 4:19; 1
Corinthians 15:34; Revelation 3:15-16);
Attend church for wrong
reasons, not to
worship God and grow spiritually, but because church is a social club—a place
to be seen and heard, to be entertained, to criticize, gossip and to slander (John 4:23;
Romans 1:29; Proverbs 6:14,19);
Attend church under pretense of “keeping up appearances,” when in
truth their heart is far from God (Isaiah 29:13);
Attend church for ambitious,
narcissistic and vain reasons,
seeking the admiration and applause of men (Matthew 6:5; 7:21-23; 23:5);
Attend church to have their
itchy ears tickled by a preacher
that delivers a watered-down, “feel good,” politically-correct gospel (Galatians 1:8;
2 Timothy 4:3).
If you are a “true” Christian (the
genuine article, not an impostor) and if you know someone who falls in one or
more of the above categories, you are aware that: 1) Jesus Christ knows who His true
disciples are and who are “playing church” (John 10:14) and, 2) that neither God nor Satan play
games. The people described above are DECEIVED and they are playing an irresponsible
and dangerous form of Russian roulette with their eternal souls! If they do not believe in Hell or that a
willfully-sinning, unrepentant Christian can go there, they will someday be in
for a rude awakening and should read:

According to 1 Peter 4:17, “JUDGMENT MUST
BEGIN IN THE HOUSE OF GOD.”
God demonstrated this hard truth when He executed the terrible and swift
judgment of death on Ananias and Sapphira for lying to the Holy Ghost in the
presence of Jesus’ Apostles (Acts 5:1-11).
I dare say that if God started executing similar judgments today,
willfully sinning Christians would think twice before getting their
hypocritical selves to church! And yet,
multitudes of professing Christians think nothing of defiling their bodies (the
temple of the Holy Spirit) and God’s House by bringing their sins to church, or
worse, by committing their sins in church!
How thankful we should be that God’s MERCY is when we do not get what we deserve, and God’s GRACE is when we get what we do not
deserve!
Jesus said to His disciples (which
includes Christians today), that we are to be the salt of the earth and the
light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14). Our character, conduct and lifestyle should
mirror our Lord’s and represent “a sweet savour of Christ” to God. Instead, the smell of our sins is rising to
fill the nostrils of God with a putrid stench! (2 Corinthians 2:15) How this must grieve the heart of our
Heavenly Father!
In many churches, preaching and
teaching about sin, judgment, hell, submission, obedience, holy living,
crucifying “SELF,”
spiritual warfare, walking in the Spirit and being led by the Holy Spirit is
lacking or non-existent. As far as
consecration (holy living) and obedience are concerned, God is not
looking down from His Throne saying, “Let’s make a deal.” To the contrary, He gave us His Word which
clearly states “This is the deal—‘be
holy as I AM holy’” (1 Peter 1:16).
Holiness means to be of ONE MIND
with God which entails loving what He loves and hating what He hates,
especially SIN
(Romans
12:9).
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that
which is evil; cleave to that which is good (Romans
12:9).
Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and He will draw
nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your
hearts, you double-minded (James 4:7-8).
Yea doubtless, and I count all things but
loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I
have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may
win Christ, And be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of
the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which
is of God by faith (Philippians 3:8-9):
Born again Christians must begin to see themselves as God does—“a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar
people (1
Peter 2:9),” whom He has chosen and called to be different and
separate from the world (2 Corinthians 6:17). God has set high standards for us to
live by and His Son, Jesus Christ, is our example to emulate. If we live by God’s standards, we will reap a
harvest of blessings. If we choose to
live in disobedience, we will reap a harvest of unpleasant consequences.
Contrary to the belief of some, Jesus is NOT a hard act to follow. Christians should not adopt the mindset that
it is impossible to live a consecrated and obedient life like Jesus, using the
lame excuse that Jesus was God’s Son and used His power to overcome temptation
and sin. The truth is, Jesus emptied Himself or made Himself nothing
when He came to the earth as a servant. This emptying refers to His
humiliation, to His humble status, not to His Divine attributes or essence,
since at no point in time did Jesus ever cease to be God in nature. The Holy Bible clearly states that He remained
both Lord and Son even during His earthly ministry, and yet the people could
not tell by simply looking at Him and His humble surroundings that the Person
standing before them was actually the glorious Son of God and the Sovereign
Lord of all creation. Jesus laid aside His Divine privileges, not His Divine
attributes. He set aside the honor, the
prestige, the fame, and the glory that comes with being God. This means that, as a mere man (not as the Son
of God), Jesus was faced with and overcame the same challenges and temptations
that we face in life today:
For we have not a high priest which cannot be
touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like
as we are, yet without sin (Hebrews 4:15).
Let this mind be in you, which was also in
Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal
with God: But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him
the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in
fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the
death of the cross (Philippians 2:5-8).
When Jesus died on the Cross, He
conquered the works of the devil (Colossians 2:15; 1 John 3:8). THIS IS SOMETHING TO SHOUT ABOUT!!! Jesus
did the hard part and by comparison, our part is easy. All you and I have to do is DECIDE to CRUCIFY “SELF” and FOLLOW
JESUS! Obedience is an act of the
human will. Every day, we make choices
and decisions that will reap either a blessing or a curse. For example, we decide to forgive or bear a
grudge; we decide to love or hate; we decide to be happy or sad; we decide to
work or be lazy. Our obedience (or
disobedience) is God’s litmus test to measure our love for Him:
“If you love Me, keep My
commandments” (John 14:15).
As a minister with the heart of an
evangelist, I am very concerned and troubled about the overall spiritual health
of the Church today. Some churches are
exceptions, of course. Spirit-filled,
Spirit-Led, Spirit-Empowered ministries are setting aside man’s ambitious and
selfish agendas and traditions to allow The Holy Spirit to have His Way in
their services. These and outreach
ministries that are successfully training, equipping and sending forth
disciples to fulfill the Great Commission, represent a serious threat to
Satan’s kingdom. But as a collective WHOLE, the Church is DIVIDED
(thanks to denominationalism), WEAK, SIN-RIDDEN, SICKLY
and INWARDLY
FOCUSED.
And He [Jesus]
called them unto Him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out
Satan? And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand (Mark 3:23-25).
[Emphasis Added]
Granted, Jesus was referring to
Satan’s kingdom in this passage of Scripture; however, the same principle
applies to God’s kingdom. As a whole,
the Church of Jesus Christ is not UNIFIED, POWERFUL, HOLY, HEALTHY and OUTWARDLY FOCUSED
to fulfill The Great Commission:
[Jesus is Speaking:] Go you therefore, and teach all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the
Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matthew 28:19-20). [Emphasis Mine]
The mindset of many Christians is that if we just proclaim the Gospel to everyone, using
tools like radio, television, and publications, that we will have obeyed and
fulfilled the Great Commission. The
Great Commission is not just to preach the Gospel to everyone, but to make
disciples so the Gospel can be effectively preached to everyone! The Great Commission and the Full Gospel of
Jesus Christ include teaching disciples to do all the things Jesus
taught the original twelve disciples to do—HEALING
THE SICK, CASTING OUT DEVILS and RAISING THE DEAD!
How can the Church of Jesus Christ
ever expect to win lost souls when sinners outside the church see no difference
in the way a Christian lives and the way they live? Sinners outside the Church are not
hypocrites. They know and readily admit
they are sinners. Sinners inside the
Church know they are hypocrites, but refuse to admit it.
While I agree that Satan has launched
an all-out attack on Christianity, I also recognize that individual Christians
are aiding and abetting the enemy by acting and living like hypocrites and
devils.
You cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the
cup of devils: you cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of
devils (1 Corinthians 10:21).
In addition, how can the five-fold
ministry gifts (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers) perfect
the saints for the work of the ministry outside
the Church when God is still dealing with sin inside the Church? (Ephesians 4:11-12). It is a shame that many Christians who have
attended church for years are still being bottle-fed on the milk of the Word
instead of feasting on and teaching the “strong meat” of the Word (1 Corinthians
3:1-3; Hebrews 5:14).
For
when for the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teach you
again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are
become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat (Hebrews 5:12).
WHO IS YOUR GOD?
YOUR SEXUALITY OR GOD
ALMIGHTY?
This series
of blogs will deal with the prevalent plague of SEXUAL SINS in the Church. Christians who commit sexual sins are usually dealing with deep,
underlying, unresolved SOUL issues. The SOUL consists of the mind, will, and emotions.
When the SOUL
of a person is suffering, sexual immorality is a byproduct. It is time for Christians to receive the
grace that God has given us, for it is by grace and through faith, that we can
live holy.
If we could see into the SOUL of sexually promiscuous men and women in
the Body of Christ, we would see what God sees—the lack of healthy affection
needed during their formative and growing years. These people usually fall into a snare of
searching for love and affection in all the wrong places and in a perverted
manner, which is evident in sexual immorality.
Sexual lust is a raging fire that can never be satisfied or extinguished
because the desire comes from Satan, not God.
Sexual immorality opens the door to a host of negative emotions,
spiritual consequences and even physical repercussions. There is truth in the saying: “SIN will take you farther than you want to
go, keep you longer than you want to stay, and cost more than you want to pay.”
WILLFUL, UNREPENTANT SIN
WILL KEEP A CHRISTIAN OUT
OF HEAVEN
[Jesus is Speaking]: Not every one that says unto Me, Lord,
Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of My
Father which is in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we
not prophesied in Your name? and in Your name have cast out devils? and in Your
name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew
you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity (Matthew
7:21-23). [Emphasis Added]
[Jesus is Speaking]: He answered and said unto them, Well has
Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honor Me
with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. (Mark 7:6). [Emphasis
Added]
For
if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of
the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and
overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been
better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after they
have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is
turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in
the mire (2 Peter 2:20-22).
Follow
peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the
Lord (Hebrews 12:14).
CHRISTIANS ARE TO CRUCIFY THE FLESH
NOT INDULGE THE CARNAL NATURE
Jesus Christ offered Himself up as
God’s sacrificial lamb to reverse what Satan accomplished in the Garden of
Eden. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, a
great gulf was created to separate them from God’s Presence and Fellowship,
both of which they had enjoyed before they sinned. Jesus willingly went to the Cross to bridge
that gulf so that man could be reconciled with God (Colossians 1:20). His Precious Blood was shed for the remission
of our sins (Matthew
26:28). Jesus did the HARD PART. OUR
PART as Christians is to CRUCIFY “SELF,”
which, although seemingly daunting, does not entail the shedding of blood as we
resist and strive against sin (Hebrews 12:4).
Then said Jesus unto His disciples,
If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself [CRUCIFY SELF], and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whosoever will save his
life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it
(Matthew
16:24-25). [EMPHASIS MINE]
For to be carnally minded is
death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the
carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of
God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please
God (Romans 8:6-8).
Now the works of the flesh are
manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness,
lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath,
strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such
like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time
past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21);
Dearly beloved, I beseech you
as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the
soul (1 Peter 2:11);
This I say then,
Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16).
For as many as are led by the Spirit
of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14).
HOMOSEXUALITY & LESBIANISM
Before proceeding with this subject, I want
to clarify two things. First, I
am NOT a “politically correct”
minister. I have been called, anointed
and ordained to evangelize by teaching and preaching the UNCOMPROMISED Word of God, which sets people FREE (John 8:32). Second,
the only “politically correct” statement that is warranted in
this teaching is: I DO
NOT HATE HOMOSEXUALS AND
LESBIANS, NOR AM I HOMOPHOBIC! Having
gotten that out of the way ...
Including the fact that they consider
themselves worthy of minority status, Gays and Lesbians are well-funded and
have a “politically-correct” dogma, which I have summarized below. My response follows in red:
Faulty Bible translation is responsible for
Christianity condemning Homosexuals;
Translation of Scripture is not of
“private interpretation;” it is given by The Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20). Christianity does not condemn homosexuals,
nor does Jesus Christ (John 3:17). God condemns ALL who do not
believe in His Son (John 3:18). He also condemned and
destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah for sexual immorality, making them
an example to everyone who lives ungodly (2 Peter 2:6).
Gays have a right to flaunt their behavior
publicly to evangelize closet homosexuals;
Sin is sin regardless of whether it
is committed behind closed doors or publicly.
If a Heterosexual flaunted his sexual behavior publicly, he would be
booked and jailed for indecent exposure.
Homophobia, a crime of hate, bigotry and
racism, must be stamped out;
Homophobia is wrong! Unfortunately, it is human nature for people
to fear what is not understood and hate what offends their moral sense of right
and wrong. God does not hate homosexuals
(nor do I), but He does hate their sexual orientation because gay sex is
perverted and constitutes rebellion against God’s Order and Will.
Homosexuality is innate, meaning they are
born that way;
People who believe that God
creates homosexuals and lesbians are accusing Him of being a liar and a
covenant-breaker. In truth, God is
incapable of lying and going against His Word.
Unbelievers are separated from God.
They cannot know God’s character and nature because they do not belong
to Him, nor do they abide in the Light with Him. They are of their father, Satan, who has
blinded them from receiving the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, leaving
them to wander aimlessly in spiritual darkness.
(1
Kings 8:23; Numbers 23:19).
This then is the message which we
have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no
darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in
darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as He is
in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus
Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we
deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is
faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His
word is not in us (1 John 1:5-10).
And this is the condemnation, that
light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because
their deeds were evil (John 3:19).
Homosexuals need special protection and
rights under the Constitution;
Homosexuals need Jesus
Christ, period! Once saved, delivered and
healed, God will translate them from a sinner’s lowly state to “a chosen
generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation and a peculiar people,” (1
Peter 2:9) and, considering that our Constitution is under attack, He
will protect them in ways that it cannot!
Since Homosexuality is normal, it is
acceptable for Gays to be teachers, day care workers, scout leaders, parents
and, in the Church, preachers, bishops, ministers, teachers, choir singers,
etc.
Homosexuality is NOT normal! Gay Sex constitutes PERVERSION and SIN! The Holy Spirit will NEVER anoint, ordain or
establish as the head of a church, any homosexual or lesbian. If God does not anoint, ordain or establish
someone as a pastor or in a position of church leadership, the vain affair is
man’s doing and cursed from the beginning (Psalms 127:1).
To say that the Homosexual and Lesbian topics
are confusing, controversial and divisive is an immense understatement. Gays and Lesbians have been, and are
continuing to be, the subject of much research and debate. Basically, the issues are: 1) whether people are born homosexual with like
tendencies; 2)
whether their sexual orientation is a choice; 3) whether they are the end product
of childhood abuse, trauma and neglect; or 4) whether they are sinners committing sin.
ISSUE #1
GENETIC PREDISPOSITION
Is there a Gay
gene? Is a hormonal imbalance or deficiency responsible?
Possibly, but even so, these are included
in Satan’s curse package that we inherited through Adam’s bloodline! Since I am not a geneticist or a
psychoanalyst, I am not qualified to speak on their behalf. However, as a minister of deliverance and intercessory
prayer warrior, I am qualified to
share what insight, revelation and wisdom that I have received from the Holy
Spirit as I have studied The Bible, prayed, engaged in spiritual warfare, and
ministered deliverance to people. Even so,
I only know in part (as do other Christians) because “we see through a
glass darkly” (1
Corinthians 13:12).
In my humble opinion, no one can
presume or claim to be the absolute and final authority on this complex
subject. Only God and Satan can put the
pieces of the puzzle together to see the BIG picture and know the Truth. As a minister, all I can do is share beliefs
that are based on The Holy Bible, which I believe by faith is humanity’s sole
source of authoritative Truth. If you
happen to disagree with me in this regard, I challenge you to ask God, who
gives wisdom to all men liberally (James 1:5).
You have not because you ask not, or because you ask with the wrong
intent and motive (James 4:2).
I DO NOT BELIEVE
that God creates Homosexuals and Lesbians, for the following reasons:
I
BELIEVE by Faith and
Divine Revelation, that THE HOLY BIBLE
is God’s Word and that it represents mankind’s only authoritative source of FINAL TRUTH in life and doctrine. I believe that the original scrolls and
copied reproductions were “God-Breathed” (inspired by The Holy Spirit) and were
dictated to holy men, to whom God assigned the grave and weighty responsibility
of carefully and accurately recording His Words on parchment, dutifully mindful
and respectful of His stern warning to not “add to” or “take away” from the
text (Revelation
22:18. God and His holy
scribes are not responsible for “mistranslation” and “misinterpretation” of
Scripture that appears in the newer translation versions of The Bible;
I
BELIEVE that in the
Beginning, God Almighty PLANNED,
DESIGNED and CREATED the Heavens, the Earth, mankind and all living things;
I
BELIEVE that SCIENCE (Anatomy, Anthropology,
Archaeology, Biology, Botany, Cosmology, Entomology, Genetics, Geology,
Medicine, Oceanography, Pathology, Zoology, etc.) overwhelmingly supports CREATIONISM and refutes DARWINISM
and NATURALISM. I believe that it is blasphemous to exalt EVOLUTION (an unproven theory), over
God’s Supreme Intelligence and His Creative Plan, Design, Power and Work. Evolution is nothing but another lie
conceived by Satan to attack and discredit God and His Word;
I
BELIEVE that prior to
the Fall of Man, EVERYTHING that God
Created was GOOD and HOLY—not EVIL and PERVERTED. I believe that EVIL and PERVERSION
originated with, and continues to be perpetuated by, SATAN. I believe that before the Fall of Man
occurred, life in the Garden of Eden was a literal paradise. I believe the air was moist, pristine and
pure. I believe the soil was rich and
loose, organically perfect and without stones, roots, thorns and thistles. I believe that, had Eve not been deceived by
Satan, she would have given birth to her children without feeling pain. After they sinned, though, EVERYTHING CHANGED FOR THE WORSE and SATAN IS
RESPONSIBLE!
I BELIEVE that GOD ALMIGHTY is a HOLY GOD
of ORDER—not CONFUSION (1 Corinthians 14:33);
I
BELIEVE that in the
Garden of Eden, God Created ADAM and
EVE in His own image—not Adam and
Stevie—or Eve and Butch;
I
BELIEVE that God
Ordained HETEROSEXUAL MARRIAGE between
a MAN and a WOMAN—not SAME-SEX MARRIAGE.
“Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but
whoremongers and adulterers God will judge (Hebrews 13:4);
I
BELIEVE that God’s
Perfect and Orderly Plan and Purpose for Marriage and Heterosexual Sex (in that
order) is four-fold: 1) to begin and extend God’s Family; 2) to be Christ-centered; 3) to multiply and replenish the Earth;
and, 4) to create a spiritually,
emotionally and physically healthy and safe environment in which the FAMILY
UNIT can love, function and thrive—which Homosexuals and Lesbians cannot do;
I
BELIEVE that when Adam
and Eve disobeyed God by eating the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good
and Evil, they chose to break covenant with God and covenant with Satan. In so doing, Adam forfeited his dominion over
the earth and all that was in it to Satan who became the ‘god of this world’ (Genesis 3). Jesus
Christ came to earth and died as a man to
redeem back what Adam lost. I believe
that the moment they ate the forbidden fruit a supernatural change occurred on
the inside of them. I believe their
heart of flesh turned to stone and became deceitful and “desperately wicked” (Jeremiah 17:9);
I
BELIEVE that Adam and
Eve also exchanged God’s blessings for Satan’s curses. The unholy package that they (and we, their
descendants) inherited through Adam’s bloodline included spiritual death
(eternal separation from God), physical death, “a wicked heart of stone,” and
every known and unknown sin, physical, spiritual and emotional sickness and
disease, as well as hardship and poverty.
God commanded them to not eat of a particular tree in order to spare
them these consequences. Their sin of
disobedience not only led them to acquire an awareness of EVIL and an appetite for indulging
their new CARNAL
NATURE, it also opened a door into the spirit realm which released
hordes of demon spirits to invade the earth, giving them free license to roam
at will to kill, steal and destroy mankind (John 10:10).
Among those demons was the “spirit of sexual immorality,” which is
responsible for every form of sexual perversion listed in this series of blogs,
including homosexuality and lesbianism;

BELIEVE that there is a “homosexual spirit” and a “lesbian spirit.” (See DEMON SPIRITS
ARE REAL, NOT IMAGINARY below). Homosexuality and Lesbianism is a DEMONIC ATTACK on the created Order and Will of God which causes people to
be in bondage and to be confused;

BELIEVE that
homosexuality and lesbianism are products of the influence and control of demon
spirits which gained entry because of some traumatic event(s) (rape, incest,
generational curse, etc.) that opened a door in the spirit realm. If God creates Gays, as many believe, why
would He create something that The Holy Spirit would later have to destroy by
the Anointing which destroys every yoke of bondage (Isaiah 10:27)? Why would God create Gays and raise up
deliverance ministries to deal with a problem that He created? THIS IS CONFUSION and SATAN IS THE AUTHOR, NOT GOD!!! (1 Corinthians 14:33)
I
BELIEVE that Satan HATES
God and His Creation so much that, from the very beginning, he has sought to
destroy everything that God Loves. Most
assuredly, he has launched an all-out attack to discredit GOD, CREATIONISM, THE HOLY BIBLE, GOD’S
PLAN OF SALVATION, and pervert GOD’S
INTENDED PURPOSE FOR FAMILY, MARRIAGE and SEX!

PERSONAL CHOICE
I BELIEVE that
Homosexuals and Lesbians choose that orientation and lifestyle for any number
of carnal, selfish reasons. Choice is an
act of the human will and people usually do what they want, regardless of what
anyone says to the contrary.
THE THREE-FOLD COMPOSITION
OF MAN
And God said, Let us make man in our
image, after our likeness: and let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the
cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon
the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God
created He him; male and female created He them (Genesis
1:26-27).
And the very God of peace sanctify
you wholly; and I pray God your whole [spirit
and soul and body] be
preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:23). [Emphasis Mine]
I want to pause here long enough to
paint a picture in your mind—a picture that is key to understanding the
physical, soulish and spiritual makeup of man.
I BELIEVE that the “us” and “our”
in Genesis
1:26 refers to the Godhead, the Holy Trinity, of whom the Father,
Son and Holy Spirit all were responsible for Creation;
I BELIEVE that since man was
created in the image of the Triune God, he is comprised
of BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT. The BODY,
which is mortal and corruptible and returns to dust, is only a temporary
vehicle that houses the SOUL and SPIRIT. The
SOUL
and SPIRIT
are connected and intertwined (Hebrews 4:12) and they are referenced in The
Bible as the “inner man.” The SOUL
and SPIRIT
are eternal entities which means that they live on (either in Heaven or Hell
according to Luke
16:19-31) after death occurs.
When a person is “born again” (experiences the miraculous spiritual
rebirth), his SPIRIT
is regenerated (renewed) by The Holy Spirit.
The SPIRIT
of a “born again” Christian cannot be possessed by a demon spirit unless
his BODY and SOUL are demon-possessed and
cause him to willfully backslide to a reprobate state of apostasy (Romans 1:28),
in which case his SOUL and SPIRIT are lost for eternity (John 6:66; Hebrews 6:4-8; Hebrews 10:39; 2
Peter 2:20-22.) As previously
clarified, the SOUL
is comprised of the mind, will and emotions.
The SOUL
is NOT renewed by The Holy Spirit,
but rather by hearing the Word of God (Romans 12:2).
Therefore, every Christian is responsible for ensuring the salvation of
his SOUL
(Hebrews
10:39). All three parts of
man … BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT … can be involved in willful
sin, as shown in the following examples:

BODY—Through acts
of sexual immorality (fornication, adultery, homosexuality, drug addiction,
rape, murder, theft, etc.);
THE SOUL—Through sexual
fantasies, viewing pornography, jealousy, envy, hatred, unforgiveness, critical
spirit, lustful spirit;
THE SPIRIT—Apostasy,
Atheism, Blaspheming The Holy Spirit (the unpardonable sin), Rejecting Jesus
Christ, Unbelief, etc.

I BELIEVE that a person
can be demonized, but not necessarily demon-possessed. Full-blown demon-possession occurs in stages
and usually over a period of time. The
seven steps to DEMON-POSSESSION are:
Regression—to
stop progressing; to go backward;
Repression—to
prevent natural expression;
Suppression—to
keep back; the expression of feelings is excluded;
Depression—to
be low in spirit; to feel inadequate and hopeless;
Oppression—the
power to smother, overwhelm, overpower and harass;
Obsession—to
besiege; to be fixed in an unreasonable thing.
The mind is held captive;
Possession—occurs
when BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT are under Satan’s complete domination
and control.
I BELIEVE that demons
gain entrance (Matthew
12:43-45) to a person’s body and life through various SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY gates or portals that we, as Christians,
should carefully and diligently guard:
SPIRIT gates—False Religions, Unbelief, Spiritual
Blindness, Deceptive Lies;
SOUL gates—The Mind, Conscience, Will,
Imaginations, Emotions, Thoughts;
BODY gates—Eyes, Ears, Touch, Smell, Taste and
Speech.
I BELIEVE that the
following conditions and situations are “contributing factors” to
homosexuality and lesbianism—from the standpoint that they represent “open
doors” through which demon spirits can enter to torment, oppress, possess and
control people. See if you can determine

The problem is Satan is not playing games! (2 Corinthians 10:4-5; John 10:10);

Can a Christian be
influenced by a demon? YES! I know, because as a Christian I have been DECEIVED many times, outside the Church
and inside its walls! It is true that Satan
cannot cross the bloodline of Christ, but a believer can. If a believer steps outside of the hedge of
God’s protection, he will reap dire consequences. For example, if a Christian can fornicate,
commit adultery, watch pornography, have a same-sex relationship, he can have a
demon. OH, YES! A Christian needs
deliverance if he is worldly, carnal, or acting like a devil.

Many
Christians choose to stick their heads in the sand and deny that Satan and
demons exist despite the fact that The Bible teaches otherwise. On the flip side, many Christians look for and
claim to see a devil under every bush and in every corner! Without the Nine Supernatural Gifts of The
Holy Spirit in operation—especially the gift of DISCERNMENT—the Church is battling a formidable adversary, blind
and not powerful enough to pose a real threat to his kingdom.
The
truth is, approximately twenty-five percent (25%) of Jesus’ earthy ministry was
devoted to deliverance (casting devils out of people). Satan’s kingdom is comprised of an ARMY of demon spirits whose names
correspond with their purpose/function (Mark 5:9).

Jesus said the following about demon spirits:
When the unclean spirit is gone out
of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says,
I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he finds
it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goes he, and takes with himself
seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell
there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so
shall it be also unto this wicked generation (Matthew
12:43-45).
A mind that is filled with the Word
of God and CHRIST-centered is submitted to and controlled by The Holy
Spirit. Such a mind easily recognizes
and follows Jesus’ voice and discerns Truth from error. A mind that is empty of the Word of God is SELF-focused
and submitted to and controlled by Satan.
A mind that listens to and heeds Satan’s voice readily REJECTS TRUTH
and EMBRACES LIES!;
Just because The Bible does not
specifically reference a homosexual spirit and a lesbian spirit does not mean
that these spirits do not exist. The
Apostle John wrote:
This is the disciple which testified
of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is
true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they
should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not
contain the books that should be written. Amen (John
21:24-25).
Here is something even more
significant to consider. Have you ever
wondered why certain geographical areas of the United States are known as “sin
cities?” Las Vegas, for example, is called
“The Gambling Capital of the World;” Reno, the “Divorce Capital of the World,” and San Francisco,
the “Gay Capitol of the World.” The
reason is because demonic “Powers, Principalities, Rulers of Darkness and
Spirit of Wickedness in High Places” reign and rule over these cities:
For we wrestle not against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12).
From a spiritual warfare standpoint,
these high-ranking demons represent Satan’s BIG GUNS and one of them is named in
the Book of Daniel:
[The Prophet Daniel is Speaking:] And,
behold, a hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms
of my hands. And he [an angel of God] said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly
beloved, understand the words that I speak unto you, and stand upright: for
unto you am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood
trembling. Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that you
did set your heart to understand and to chasten yourself before your God, your
words were heard, and I am come for your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days:
but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes [one of God’s Archangels,] came to
help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. Now I am come to make you
understand what shall befall your people in the latter days: for yet the vision
is for many days (Daniel 10:10-14).

Regarding the biblical account of the
plain cities, Sodom and Gomorrah, The Bible does not state that these cities
were ruled by demonic principalities, and yet we know that God judged and
destroyed them with fire and brimstone because the sin of homosexuality and
other forms of sexual perversion were out of control there (Genesis 19). Every time I think about God’s judgment on
these cities, I remember Ruth Graham’s words to her husband, Evangelist Billy
Graham: “Billy, if
God doesn't come soon and bring judgment upon the United States, He's going to
have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah!”
During my 27 years as a Christian,
God has not positioned or used me to minister deliverance to a homosexual or
lesbian; however, there are many reputable deliverance ministries that God has
raised up and is using to successfully exorcise these spirits, resulting in
many captives being SET FREE! (John 8:36; Luke 4:18; 2 Corinthians 3:17). If people would only take time to research the subject of
deliverance on the internet, they would discover a number of powerful videos
and written testimonies posted by former homosexuals and lesbians who have been
gloriously delivered and healed of homosexuality by Jesus Christ. For your convenience, I am listing a few of

MY COUNSEL TO THE AFFLICTED
If
you are a Homosexual or Lesbian, I have GOOD
NEWS and WORDS OF HOPE for
you! You do not have to remain a captive
slave of Satan. JESUS CHRIST,
THE SON OF GOD,
who is the same yesterday, today and forever, desires to SAVE, DELIVER and HEAL you (Hebrews 13:8)! He wants to give you “a new
heart and a new spirit” (Ezekiel 36:26). He wants to make you a new creature and give
you a new future to replace your hurtful past (2 Corinthians 5:17). He wants to heal the innermost wounds of your
SOUL
(Psalms
147:3; Isaiah 53:5; Luke 4:18).
Jesus
did His part over 2,000 years ago. If
you decide to BE
SET FREE of homosexuality and lesbianism, you have an important part
to play in your Salvation and Deliverance:
You must want to be Saved, Delivered and Healed;
Seek help from an anointed minister that is
experienced in the ministry of deliverance.
If none is available in your area, find a quiet place in your home and get
alone with God;
Humble yourself
before God and admit that your sexual orientation and lifestyle constitutes sin
against nature and against God’s natural order of things;
Express sincere remorse for
your sins and ask God to forgive you;
Acknowledge your need
for Salvation and Deliverance through Jesus Christ;
Denounce Satan
and his works;
Forgive yourself and everyone
who has ever wronged you;
Invite Jesus Christ into your heart
and ask Him to be your Savior and Lord;
Keep your deliverance and freedom by
1) attending a Christ-centered
church where the uncompromised Word of God is preached and taught. It is important that you seek the fellowship
and support of other Christians because you will benefit greatly from their unconditional
love, encouragement, support and spiritual strength. If possible, seek out Christians who have walked
in your shoes; 2) sever every
ungodly relationship, and 3) NEVER return to the Gay lifestyle!
Set aside time
every day to read The Bible and to talk to God;
Submit yourself to God
and do your best to obey His Word;
Resist the devil when temptation arises and
he will flee from you (James 4:7);
Wherefore let him that thinks he
stands take heed lest he fall. There has no temptation taken you but such as is
common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be
tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way
to escape, that you may be able to bear it (1 Corinthians 10:12-13).
For we have not a high priest [Jesus
Christ] which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in
all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin (Hebrews

The Lord knows how to deliver the
godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to
be punished (2 Peter 2:9);
Ask The Holy Spirit to
comfort, guide and teach you (John 14:26; 16:13);
NEVER, EVER DOUBT your Salvation and Deliverance!
MY COUNSEL TO HETEROSEXUAL CHRISTIANS
Brothers and Sisters, we need to change our mindsets
about homosexuals and lesbians! Instead
of hating and condemning them, we need to LOVE
and EMPATHIZE with them because they
are suffering the torments of Hell and they need our love and help! Their orientation and lifestyle may offend
your sensibilities and sensitivities, but this is not about you—it is about
them! You never know when God may order
your steps to minister salvation, deliverance and healing to a homosexual or
lesbian. Remember, you may be the only
Jesus that person ever sees or hears!
Therefore, it is imperative that we emulate our Lord in everything that
we say and do. Vulgar words and cruel
jokes should never pass our lips. If you
find yourself feeling glad when an affliction befalls a homosexual person—or
feeling hate—then you need to reflect long and hard on the following words of
Jesus: “But I say unto you, that it shall be more
tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for you (Matthew 11:24).”

So
God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him;
male and female created He them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them,
Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living
thing that moves upon the earth (Genesis 1:27-28).
And
Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air and to every beast of
the field; but for Adam there was not found a help meet for him. And the LORD
God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his
ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God
had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam
said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be
called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his

But
the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from

turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with
an overthrow, making them an example unto those that after should live
ungodly; and delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the
wicked: For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing,
vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful

Even
as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving
themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth
for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy

does make manifest is light. Wherefore he says, Awake you that sleep, and arise
from the dead, and Christ shall give you light. See then that you walk
circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days
are evil. Wherefore be not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is
(Ephesians 5:3-17).
Knowing
this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and
disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for
murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For
whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers,
for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is
contrary to sound doctrine (1 Timothy 1:9-10);
Know
you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not
deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate,
nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor
drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).
But
the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and
whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their
part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death
(Revelation 21:8).
